Emerge as\u00ed el \u00abLiderazgo Cu\u00e1ntico\u00bb, un paradigma que fusiona principios de la f\u00edsica cu\u00e1ntica con las demandas del liderazgo moderno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"uhab-margin-cap uhab-title-l2\"><strong>1. De la Linealidad a la Superposici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"uhab-p-align \">El liderazgo cu\u00e1ntico reconoce que las organizaciones ya no operan en sistemas lineales predecibles. Al igual que en la mec\u00e1nica cu\u00e1ntica, donde una part\u00edcula puede existir en m\u00faltiples estados simult\u00e1neamente, los l\u00edderes deben cultivar la capacidad de mantener perspectivas aparentemente contradictorias. Entrelazamiento y Liderazgo Distribuido<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"uhab-p-align \">El concepto cu\u00e1ntico de entrelazamiento encuentra su paralelo en el liderazgo distribuido. Los l\u00edderes cu\u00e1nticos fomentan redes de influencia interconectadas, donde el liderazgo emerge de manera fluida en todos los niveles de la organizaci\u00f3n.
